By applying our comprehensive consumer and business data to your customer records, we can create a profile of who your best customers are and identify prospective customers anywhere in the U.S. With sufficiently large customer databases, your customer profile can be taken to a higher level to create a direct marketing regression model.
After a profile has been completed, we filter customer records to identify characteristics on an individual and/or household level. Buxton uses over 200 characteristics to analyze customers on a demographic, psychographic and/or behavioral basis. And we determine the impact of each customer’s physical distance from the purchasing location. Those closest to a location receive a higher score than those that live farther away.
The completed model is compared with Buxton’s national prospect database. This process identifies prospects within the client’s trade area for new or existing locations (or on a national level where no physical location exists).
Response Analysis Product Description:
Buxton can analyze the results of any promotion, whether it was conducted via direct mail, radio or TV ad, or a combination of these. In direct mailings sent to specific consumers, Buxton can determine response rates and return on investment. Where transactional-level detail is available, Buxton can also analyze whether or not the merchandising offer was realized…did the promotion generate traffic, or did the responding consumers actually buy the product(s) advertised?
Where the promotion was conducted via traditional media, Buxton can provide an analysis of store sales and customer activity (acquired, reactivated, retained) to evaluate the cost effectiveness of the media spend.
