Buxton hires Shawn Flanery as Territory Business Manager - (continued)

Shawn Flanery has joined Buxton as CommunityID territory business manager. Based out of the home office in Fort Worth, Flanery will pursue business opportunities with communities in the Los Angeles, Calif., area.

CommunityID has helped more than 200 communities nationwide attract appropriate retail development, which increases sales and property tax funding for the city, creates new jobs and satisfies residents’ desires to shop at home.

Buxton is the industry leader in customer analytics and retail site selection technology, providing strategic target marketing research services to communities, major retailers and industries throughout the United States. In his role as territory business manager, Flanery will promote Buxton’s services to municipalities in his region, and he will coordinate projects with communities that hire Buxton to assess their retail potential.

Most recently, Flanery worked as senior marketing consultant for Delta Medical Marketing. Flanery is a graduate of Texas Christian University.

“We are pleased to have Shawn join our team,” says Amy Wetzel, vice president at Buxton. “Shawn has a proven record in client satisfaction that will be valuable to our business and will be appreciated by our clients.”
