Tom Buxton
Chief Executive Officer
Tom founded Buxton on a unique premise - to assist enterprises in building success by accurately identifying their customers. Tom implemented this concept after working 20 years with the consumer electronics giant Tandy/RadioShack. Advancing within the retail organization, Tom became Vice President responsible for the sales and operations of RadioShack stores. Tom was then named Corporate Vice President of Real Estate, Design and Construction, where he managed that aspect of the operations for all of Tandy/RadioShack's world-wide real estate. Tom was named no. 2 in Fast Company magazine's 2005 annual listing of leading innovators and technology pioneers. An industry leader, Tom provides paramount business and retail expertise to Buxton.
Charles Wetzel
President & Chief Operating Officer
Utilizing his expertise in financial analysis and strategic planning and processing, Charles oversees all the day-to-day operations, aligning Buxton utilities with business goals. Prior to joining Buxton, Charles managed merger, business transformation and strategic advisory services at Cap Gemini Ernst & Young Consulting for key players in the communications/ media industry, such as AOL, Time Warner, Associated Press, Sprint, Verizon and Southwestern Bell. Charles holds a B.B.A. degree from Southern Methodist University.
David Glover
Chief Financial Officer, CPA
David started the company with Tom Buxton and is responsible for all finance, accounting and legal functions as well as contributing to the planning and execution of the company's overall business strategies. David is a Certified Public Accountant and has extensive audit, financial and corporate operations experience including Corporate Auditor and Accounting Controller positions with Tandy Corporation as well as public accounting experience with Arthur Andersen & Company. David received his B.B.A. in accounting from Abilene Christian University.
Todd Walls
Executive Vice President - Sales Development
Having been with the company since its inception, Todd is instrumental in the development of Buxton's market research products and methodologies. He is directly responsible for the development of research and rollout strategies for many national retailers such as Wal-Mart, The Container Store, HEB and Interstate Batteries. Todd played a role in creating Buxton's customer-centric Drive Time Gravity Modeling product. He is responsible for business development and new vertical division creation at Buxton, currently focusing on Consumer Packaged Goods. Todd received his B.B.A. and M.B.A. degrees in Market Research from the University of North Texas. Todd is currently on the ICSC Research Task Force and the University of Texas at Arlington MSMR Advisory Board.
Tim M. White
Senior Vice President - Client Services
Tim is responsible for communicating efficiently all aspects of the company regarding projects, services offered and all other business solutions for the client. Over the past eight years Tim has developed and adopted new technologies in creating the company's various products. Tim received his B.A. with a major in geography from the University of North Texas.
