Buxton Responds to Growth in Healthcare Division

Buxton, the leader in the customer analytics industry, has named Joe Fackel as Senior Vice President for the HealthCareID division. This move is strategic for Buxton as the division has seen exponential growth over the past three years.
“Our HealthCareID division is seeing tremendous growth and we are excited to position Joe as one of the leaders for this division,” says Harvey Yamagata, president of Buxton’s HealthCareID division. “Joe has a proven record in helping our clients achieve their goals, and we look forward to putting his expertise in the healthcare industry.”
Fackel has been an instrumental part of Buxton for more than six years. His expertise lies in assisting clients to understand and harness the power of customer analytics, enabling them to make the most efficient use of human and capital resources. The utilization of customer analytics becomes acutely critical during a period of economic uncertainty. Buxton’s healthcare clients include Florida Hospital, Concentra, Texas Health Resources, CareNow and Miami Children’s Hospital.
In addition to his accomplishments at Buxton, Fackel is also heavily involved in the Fort Worth community through support of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and the Leukemia/Lymphoma Society. Fackel was recognized as one of the “Forty Under Forty” achievers by the Fort Worth Business Press in 2008.
