Operational Team
Buxton has more than 90 Operations employees who exhibit a "do what it takes" attitude.
Highly educated and widely experienced, Buxton's Operations team members provide accurate solutions,
giving our customers the ability to make sound business decisions.

Client Services
The Client Services Department acts as the primary contact for clients and the liaison between the client, sales and operations. By managing the accounts, CS helps to make clients comfortable and to keep them involved in the progress of the project. In addition, CS reviews all deliverables and makes sure that clients are getting everything they need to help them with their business decisions. When Buxton clients have confidence in our products and fully understand the results we provide, they tend to be repeat customers.

Information Technology
Systems Engineering, or SE, designs and develops many of the enterprise software applications used during day-to-day operations at Buxton. Systems Engineering has built many specialized tools that not only allow our Research and GIS departments to work more efficiently and accurately but also offer continuing adaptability as our processes and methodologies continue to evolve. Systems Engineering also develops and maintains SCOUT, an online tool that provides clients with a way to interact with geographic representations of their data, including current sites, potential sites, and actual and potential customers.

Research
The Research Department at Buxton develops tools that provide direction to our clients and quantify real estate decisions. These tools include statistical models that forecast revenue, define our clients' best customers and provide other custom analyses. The Research team also creates deliverables that present our findings to our clients.

Geographic Information Systems
The GIS Department at Buxton applies the sales forecasting models created by Research, giving clients the information they need to evaluate store performance, identify new store locations, analyze possible cannibalization, match tenants to their property, identify market hot spots and evaluate store trade areas. Using some of the most sophisticated GIS tools on the market today, combined with custom "in-house" built applications, the GIS Department prepares all site score packages, market studies, U.S. potential analyses, CommunityID® studies, TenantID® studies and all miscellaneous spatial analysis projects.

ESS
The ESS (Enterprise Systems Support) Department is responsible for all technology needs at Buxton. Monitoring and maintenance of all in-house servers and databases by ESS team members ensures maximum system uptime and enables Buxton to deliver very complex and custom products to its customers in a timely manner. ESS team members handle customer support for Buxton clients that have questions related to Buxton's technology. ESS is the architect and procurer of all systems and computing purchases along with ensuring all aspects of Buxton's internal and external network security.

Marketing
The Marketing department at Buxton creates, implements and oversees communications programs that effectively describe our technology-driven products and services. These include traditional means of communications such as brochures, presentations, fact sheets and trade shows and events as well as electronic media such as webcasts and enewsletters. Marketing's goal is to inform our clients and prospects about Buxton's suite of products that enable major brands to make strategic business decisions.

Administration Team
Buxton service starts with our Administration team. As point of first contact for current and future clients, Admin ensures that all your questions are answered by the most appropriate Buxton staff. Other functions are to provide support to all other staff so that meetings, trade shows and events, and project delivery are accomplished to our clients' complete satisfaction.
