This is part 3 in a 4-part series with tips for preparing for ICSC conferences. Today's tips include:

8. Let retailers, developers, brokers know that you have hired a third party, fact-based firm who has identified your existing location strategy and confirmed enough core consumers to support an over performing store in your market.

9. Leverage your existing national retailers – let them know regional and national big chains that are present in your community – they need to benchmark themselves against them.

10. You should be able to answer any permitting, zoning, incentive questions should you get any that are specific to your city.
