FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (May 5, 2015) — Buxton Senior Vice President of Information Technology, Bryan Purdy, has been recognized by the Fort Worth Business Press as one of the Dallas/Fort Worth region’s top 40 professionals under the age of 40. He will be honored at an awards ceremony on May 26, 2015.

Purdy joined Buxton in 2004 and has led several high-profile, strategic company initiatives. Today, his priorities include bringing all software development in house, integrating cloud technology and furthering the development of SCOUT®, Buxton’s proprietary web-based analytics platform.
Before joining Buxton, Purdy worked for TXU Energy and served in the U.S. Army. He holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from the University of Oklahoma.
Purdy resides in Hudson Oaks with his wife, Brittani, and sons Tripp and Reece.
