Ichor Restaurant Group Partners with Buxton to Integrate Analytics into Growth Strategy

FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (September 2, 2015) — Ichor Restaurant Group, a multi-brand operator and franchisor of four fast casual restaurant concepts, has announced that it is working with Buxton to integrate customer analytic insights into its growth strategy. The company currently has 15 locations for its four brands: Old Carolina Barbecue Company, Baja West Coast Kitchen, Smoke the Burger Joint and Wedge Grilled Cheese.

Utilizing SCOUT, Ichor will be able to analyze potential sites and evaluate unlimited market expansion scenarios. Ichor Restaurant Group joins a growing list of organizations using SCOUT as a pre-screening tool for real estate location and market planning decisions.
