FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (May 12, 2016) — The City of Selah, WA has entered into a partnership with Buxton to help strategically expand the City’s retail presence. Buxton’s retail expertise and consumer analytics will allow Selah to identify the most promising potential retailers for the area.
Selah will utilize customer insights that go beyond demographics to present a convincing case to retailers seeking growth opportunities. Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform SCOUT will give local leaders the ability to analyze retail matches and support development decisions.
“We chose to partner with Buxton due their proven experience in developing retail recruitment programs for many other cities,” said Donald Wayman, City Administrator. “Buxton has the market intelligence to help us attract new businesses that will provide an outstanding retail experience to Selah residents.”
