The City of Sunnyside, WA recently partnered with Fort Worth-based Buxton to support the community’s retail attraction efforts. Buxton’s advanced consumer analytics will allow the City to identify the retailers that match the shopping and dining habits of consumers in Sunnyside’s trade area and will provide data-backed verification of the community’s retail potential.
By becoming a Buxton client, Sunnyside will have access to SCOUT, Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform, giving local leaders information at their fingertips to analyze retail matches for different areas of the City.
“We’re excited to implement a retail recruitment strategy that aligns with our residential demographic makeup,” said City Manager Don Day. “Buxton’s solution will help us recruit retail locations that best suit the residents in Sunnyside.”
