As senior vice president in Buxton’s city government division, Lisa McCay works with proactive cities to improve their economic development efforts. She works with communities to maximize their ability to generate sales tax revenue and enhance quality of life for their citizens by successfully recruiting new retailers, maximizing current retail options, and growing tourism. She is focused on communities in Arizona, California, Nevada, and Utah.
Lisa received her B.A. degree from Texas Wesleyan University and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). She has been a featured speaker at numerous events including the International City/County Management Association annual conference, the Texas Municipal League’s workshops and conferences, as well as the California Economic Development Association’s annual event.
