FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (April 28, 2015) — The City of Celina has announced that it will continue its partnership with Buxton to attract new retail and restaurant development. Since the beginning of this partnership nine years ago, Buxton’s customer analytics and retail expertise have helped city leaders successfully recruit businesses such as Subway, Kwik Kar, CVS and others. The city credits Buxton’s 12 minute drive-time analysis with convincing retailers of Celina’s true market potential.
Buxton’s household-level customer analytics will continue to identify retail and restaurant companies that seek customers who match the profile of Celina shoppers and quantify retail development potential in the rapidly growing community.
Additionally, city leaders will use Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform SCOUT to continue to analyze retail matches and provide market intelligence to existing local businesses. SCOUT reporting features present a convincing case to retailers seeking growth opportunities.
