For clients with a service line model, Buxton’s existing facilities assessment provides insights into where further investment is likely to yield results. We use your existing service line model to score each of your open facilities that do not currently offer that service line. This identifies opportunities to add the service line as an additional care option at select facilities.
The existing facilities assessment is a standard deliverable for every service line model that you purchase. If you have purchased multiple models for various service lines and wish to conduct an assessment for each, Buxton will combine the results into a single table to help you quickly identify the new service line opportunities for each facility.
OUTPUT & UTILIZATION
The final deliverable is a PowerPoint chart and Excel table showing which of your existing facilities are candidates for the service line(s).
