FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (January 19, 2016) — The City of Hesperia has announced that it will continue its partnership with Buxton to attract new retail and restaurant development. Since the beginning of this partnership in 2004, Buxton’s customer analytics and retail expertise have helped city leaders successfully recruit over 27 restaurants and retailers, such as Wal-Mart and Target. These additional developments produced over 2.6 million dollars in tax revenue for the City of Hesperia.
Buxton’s household-level customer analytics will continue to identify retail and restaurant companies that seek customers who match the profile of Hesperia shoppers and quantify retail development potential in the rapidly growing community.
Additionally, city leaders will use Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform SCOUT to continue to analyze retail matches and provide market intelligence to existing local businesses. SCOUT reporting features present a convincing case to retailers seeking growth opportunities.
