About Inglewood, CA

The City of Inglewood, established in 1908, is located a half hour from Los Angeles and has more than 111,000 residents. The city was the first settlement to be carved out of the 25,000-acre Cantilena Ranch in 1888. Inglewood’s proximity to major freeways, three new Metro rail stops currently under construction, and the Los Angeles International Airport make it a very attractive business investment.

The Inglewood Forum, which is now the #1 booked concert venue in California, has seen the likes of Elvis Presley, Led Zeppelin and the Jackson 5 and used to be home to the Los Angeles Lakers and Los Angeles Kings. The Inglewood Forum recently underwent a $100 million-dollar complete (inside and out) renovation which has made it not only the top concert venue in California, but also the world.

In 2019, Inglewood will open a new $2.6 billion, 80,000 seat stadium that will be the permanent new home of the NFL Rams in Inglewood. The stadium will be located within the 300 acre Hollywood Park Tomorrow development that will include a 6,000 seat performance venue, 890,000 square feet of retail, 780,000 square feet of office space, 2,500 new residential units, a 300-room hotel, a 120,000 square-foot relocated casino, and over 26 acres of public parks.
