FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (November 17, 2015) — The city of Kent has entered into a partnership with Buxton to strengthen their already vibrant economy through the implementation of a retail development strategy. Buxton’s advanced consumer analytics will help target the retailers that will be the best fit for the community of Kent.
By partnering with Buxton, Kent will utilize the same advanced consumer insights relied on by retailers for site selection decisions. Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform SCOUT® will give city leaders the ability to analyze development options and provide market intelligence to existing local businesses.
