FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (August 4, 2016) — The Caldwell Urban Renewal Agency (CURA) has selected Fort Worth-based Buxton to develop and support a retail recruitment and business retention strategy for the city of Caldwell, ID. Buxton’s vast consumer data and analytics capabilities will identify the retailers that match the shopping and dining habits of consumers in Caldwell’s trade area. Over the next three years, Buxton will provide CURA with data-backed verification of retail potential in the community.
By becoming a Buxton client, CURA will have access to SCOUT, Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform, giving leaders information at their fingertips to analyze retail matches for the City of Caldwell.
