In his role as senior vice president, Chris Briggs takes a hands-on role in engaging our clients, and acts as an advisor to other company executives.
Since joining Buxton in 2003, Briggs has held leadership positions in operations, product development, marketing, and client experience. Briggs has been a featured speaker at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and the Texas A&M Mays School of Business. He coordinates the annual Buxton Challenge with the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative and Texas A&M Mays School of Business.
Currently, Briggs serves on the board of the University of North Texas College of Liberal Arts and Social Sciences (CLASS), formerly known as the College of Arts and Sciences. Additionally, he has been an adjunct instructor at the TCU Neeley School of Business MBA program, served on the advisory board for the International City/County Managers Association, and contributed to the Harvard Business Review. Briggs received a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of North Texas and continued executive education from Southern Methodist University. In 2007, he was recognized by the UNT College of Arts and Sciences as an Outstanding Alumnus.
