FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (June 3, 2015) — Buxton Vice President Cody Howell will discuss retail development trends and advice at the Wisconsin City/County Managers Association (WCMA) summer professional development conference. The conference will be held at the Chula Vista Resort in Wisconsin Dells from June 17-19.
Howell’s presentation, “Planning Your Retail Recruitment Strategy: Trends and Tips for Success,” will explain the key trends shaping the retail and restaurant industries and the steps communities should take to develop effective retail recruitment strategies.
