FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (November 10, 2016) — The City of Kingman, AZ recently partnered with Fort Worth-based Buxton to support the community’s retail and restaurant attraction efforts. Buxton’s advanced consumer analytics will allow the City to identify the businesses that match the shopping and dining habits of residents and visitors in Kingman’s trade area.
By becoming a Buxton client, Kingman will have access to SCOUT, Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform, giving local leaders information at their fingertips to analyze retail and restaurant matches and access reports on different areas of the city.
“We look forward to recruiting new retailers and restaurants that will best suit our community,” commented Richard Anderson, mayor of the City of Kingman. “Buxton’s insights into the preferences of local consumers and visitors will allow us to shape development to fit community needs.”
“Buxton is pleased to support Kingman’s targeted retail recruitment efforts,” said Cody Gunstenson, director of sales in Buxton’s city government division. “Focusing recruitment efforts on the right businesses will improve the efficiency and effectiveness of Kingman’s economic development process.”
