FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (May 11, 2016) — Washington City, UT recently partnered with Fort Worth-based Buxton to support the City’s retail recruitment efforts. Buxton’s advanced consumer analytics will allow the City to identify the retailers that match the shopping and dining habits of consumers in Washington City, UT’s trade area. Based on Buxton’s analysis, City leaders will pinpoint retailers they wish to bring to the area.
By becoming a Buxton client, Washington City, UT will have access to SCOUT, Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform, giving local leaders information at their fingertips to analyze retail matches for different areas of the City.
