Buxton Names Chris Briggs Chief of Staff

FORT WORTH, TEXAS, (September 2, 2015) — Buxton, the leader in customer analytics, is pleased to announce that Chris Briggs has been named chief of staff. In this role, he will lead multiple departments, oversee internal communication and act as an advisor to other executives. Most recently, Briggs served as senior vice president of client experience.

Briggs joined Buxton in 2003 in the spatial analytics department. He has held leadership positions in multiple areas, including operations, marketing and client experience. Briggs has been a featured speaker at Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business and Texas Christian University’s Neeley School of Business, and coordinates the annual Buxton Challenge with the Wharton Customer Analytics Initiative. Additionally, he has served on the advisory board for the International City/County Managers Association and has contributed to Harvard Business Review.

Briggs received a bachelor’s degree in geography from the University of North Texas and continued executive education from Southern Methodist University. In 2007, he was recognized by the UNT College of Arts and Sciences as an Outstanding Alumnus.
